On July 1, CYLAND artist and curator Anna Frants will take part in the #LearningPlanet 2021 Assembly as a guest speaker.
#Launched by CRI and UNESCO on the 24th of January 2020 on the occasion of the International Day of Education, #LearningPlanet is an open alliance with a cause, dedicated to learning stakeholders and communities. It is a long-term initiative with a mission to gather players from around the world in order to identify, celebrate, enhance and scale up innovative educational solutions towards sustainable futures that ensure the respect, well-being and fulfilment of oneself, the others and the planet. #LearningPlanet defines itself as a middle-ground: it connects institutions with grassroots movements and innovators to scale up their ideas.
The Assembly is a virtual meeting point for #LearningPlanet community members to strengthen bonds through connecting to like-minded individuals, discovering inspiring initiatives, and building meaningful projects together. We invite you to participate in interactive sessions covering Learning for Sustainability, Life-long Learning, Youth Empowerment, and more. The Assembly will also host sessions to help you find your place within our community and to guide you on how to best benefit from and contribute to it. Lastly, there will be a dedicated space to imagine and prepare, together, the #LearningPlanet Festival 2022.
