CYLAND MediaArtLab joined RAW, a 3-day, 5-floor multi-sensory pop up of art, music, and technology, redefining how art is experienced from May 11-13th at the Miami Design District. The three day event took place in Miami’s beautiful and historic Moore Building; showcasing work that challenged the senses and pushed technological limits. CYLAND was thrilled to collaborate and exhibit another iteration of Anna Frants’ interactive, site specific piece, “No. 0”. All three days were charged with a lot of symbiotic excitement, and new discoveries.
RAW’s site-specific installations challenged to not settle for being a mere observer, but to firmly grasp and lock the present moment in space. With over 80+ participating artists and musicians, the event disrupted existing visual boundaries found in everyday art shows and encourages to dive into new and ephemeral experiences where one can allow yourself to taste, touch, feel, actively experience and influence art.
